Staff can Pre-register a visitor from any PC in the world. This means they can be working from another office, from a hotel, from the airport, or even from home. They can pre-register a visitor (or group)
1) For any locaton in the organizaton, anywhere in the world.
2) Instantly notifying the respective host locations reception/security team of the pending visit and
3) They can leave special instructions for the receptionist or visitor to folllow upon arrival
Receptionists
Can pre-register visitors onbehalf of staff. They can:
1) Pre-register contractor visits
2) Pre-register visitors for other staff
3) Add a visitor to the frequent visitor list - making the next visit easier to pre-register.
PA's and other Team Support
Can pre-register visitors onbehalf of their manager or team. They can:
1) Pre-register contractor visits
2) Pre-register visitors for other staff
3) Add a visitor to the frequent visitor list - making the next visit easier to pre-register.
4) They can even check the visitor in if they bypass reception
