...A great feature of pinPoint.me is the ability for staff to 'pre-register visitors' from their own PC or Laptop. When doing so they can greet the visitor with a personal greeting to accompany the standard organisation greeting. Use this feature to make sure contractors and suppliers recieve instructions upon arrival, or instructions to go to a particular area to wait, etc...
