With event organisers often juggling multiple things at once the new Task Management tool enables you to create an event to-do list, set start dates, due by dates, and assign Tasks to other users. The powerful collaboration tools enable event managers to stay in-control, plan, track and manage multiple tasks in real-time. Task owners can login and update their tasks - making reporting easier for the event manager.
The new Roster module gives event managers the ability to create Jobs like Cleaning, Security, Car-Parking etc... They can then create one or multiple Shifts with start times and end times and then assign people (Staff and Volunteers) to those shifts. The powerful reporting tools allow event managers to view shifts by Job, Rostered Staff. You can also print Rosters for individuals.
