my dashboard - notification options
Staff can set how they wish to be notified when any visitor arrives at reception.
Staff can enter an email address where the automated email alert is to be sent (their own or their PA's) and/or tey can instruct reception or the visitor to call a phone number (DDI, Extn:, Mobile)
