eNote allows you to use either one of the 'Quick Note' options (Your Taxi is Here, While you were out etc...) and/or add create your own note using 'Other Note'.
Once you have recorded your note you can 'Save' ir and refer to it at a later date or you can 'Email Staff Member and Save' the note.
