Manage your event tasks in one easy-to-use Task Management tool!

With Locatingus.com Event Management managing tasks or your to-do list has never been easier. No more spreadsheets and paper forms. From your Dashboard you can create Task Groups, create Tasks, assign Tasks to a Task Group, assign tasks to other users, set deadline dates, and report on the status of tasks - all in one easy to use tool.
Give your task a Task Name, enter some detail or instructions about your task, assign the task to a Task Group, then assign the responsibility for completing the task to a Task Owner (another event staff member, volunteer, or supplier).

Task Owners can be issued a username and login. This allows them to view and maintain the current status of their tasks. They can not view tasks assigned to other people.
Add a Start Date and Due Date for your task. From the dropdown list select a Progress Status and an On Target Rating. These two status options are used by the Administrator to report on outstanding tasks and the status of all tasks.
